I agree with you here. In such case he should be handed over to police if possible (with the emphasis on if possible). The problem is that sometimes there is no time to wait for the police.

RIP to the young American student. There are no winners in this tragic and unfortunate event, the young men responsible for the violent death have also inflicted suffering on themselves and their own families. Lengthy jail sentences await some of these young men.

I agree with you 100%. The US is definitely not a law abiding nation, at least not after 9/11 . It has lost its reputation as the place where human rights are upheld. It is no different than the repressive states it opposes when it comes to looking after its unethical national interests. Billions of people around the globe despise the US for not living up to what it preaches to her adversaries but people like trump interpret that as jealousy.
