Air Marshal Arshad Malik was involved in JF-17 program, to develop and manufacture the fighter plane.

He also served as Chairman of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra.

I doubt what he could do in PIA, which has many mafia unions operating who were filled in during Peoples Party tenure and are close to that party.

Many have used this job to illegally move to countries like Canada, US and UK by slipping there and asking for asylum.
PIA is a dead horse and the only option left for this burden, is privatization.
