BJP or for that matter congress should not worry about Tamil Nadu.

Whichever party emerges as the largest party in TN will definitely ally with the party that emerges as the single largest party in center.

So excluding TN, if BJP can emerge as the single largest party, then the largest party in TN will automatically align with it. There are no idealogical clashes that will prevent them and having only 6% muslim population helps.

Karuna actually showed Jaya her place when he foisted plenty cases against her and made her run up and down court steps while Jaya couldnt do jack on him. Yes she arrested him in midnight but he turned that to his advantage, generated sympathy vote and won the next time.

I rarely doubt BJP will align itself with DMK, until unless necessary. Karuna is always concerned about his vote bank, that he wont rish losing Muslim votes, or for that matter, wouldnt want opposition to call him betrayer of Muslims.

BJP neednt align with Karuna..but if BJP emerges as the single largest party, Karuna himself will try to align with BJP.
