No ones is saying talibans are inclusive progressive gay supporting Scandinavian socialists. Those who support them only do because they see them as lesser of the evil than northern alliance pedophile druglords. Thanks for sharing that.
It was surprising for me actually. Both ANA and Taliban should just be more careful during their gun-fights I guess.
The difference though is Taliban isn't the best type of government that any foreign country would look forward to while dealing in Afghanistan.
This video doesn't give high hopes about the Taliban.
Are you seriously comparing Taliban with the Nordic countries who are always in the top 10 in all socio-economic indicators? No ones is saying talibans are inclusive progressive gay supporting Scandinavian socialists.
I don't know man, the Northern Alliance atleast has a certain scope for improvement. I wouldn;t say the same for TalibanThose who support them only do because they see them as lesser of the evil than northern alliance pedophile druglords.
Why would ANA bomb a hospital though? That's what Taliban does.
Also, why don't we see that blue tick of an official Twitter handle?
Are you from Afghanistan? Who would you want in Afghanistan to represent the aspirations of the common people? The Taliban or the current Afghan government?Taliban fighters had been noticed to be around/in the hospital. Therefore, AAF decided to bomb it. The government is losing and they've resorted to condemnable actions now.

I am from Afghanistan. I want the country to represent the aspirations of the common people, and as it seems like right now the Afghan people (majority) prefers the Taliban rather than the corrupt and dysfunctional government. No way that the Taliban would be able to capture districts so easily without the support of locals.
Pakistan should have shot down that indian airforce vehicle in the air on it's way back. If Pakistan doesn't show them there are consequences they will keep supplying ammunition till every one is sitting on keg of barood, ready to blow up into civil warWhereas Indian media was trying to paint a rosy picture for Taliban relations to India. Not just that Indian supplied planes but the recent weapons delivery is noted by Taliban as well. If Doval thinks that he can support bombing of civilians or civil war against Taliban, see as to what happened to ousted US/NATO. The subjected tweet is a message unless, Indian Modi supporters don't want to read it intellectually.

You need to read about what Northern Alliance warlords were doing to women and small kids before Talibans removed them from power.I don't know man, the Northern Alliance atleast has a certain scope for improvement. I wouldn;t say the same for Taliban
The practice of bacha bazi by warlords was one of the key factors in Omar mobilizing the Taliban.[61] Reportedly, in early 1994, Omar led 30 men armed with 16 rifles to free two young girls who had been kidnapped and raped by a warlord, hanging him from a tank gun barrel.[62] Another instance arose when in 1994, a few months before the Taliban took control of Kandahar, two militia commanders confronted each other over a young boy whom they both wanted to sodomize. In the ensuing fight, Omar's group freed the boy; appeals soon flooded in for Omar to intercede in other disputes.[citation needed] His movement gained momentum through the year and he quickly gathered recruits from Islamic schools totaling 12,000 by the year's end with some Pakistani volunteers. By November 1994, Omar's movement managed to capture the whole of the Kandahar Province and then captured the Herat Province in September 1995.[63] Although some accounts estimated that by the spring of 1995 he had already taken 12 of the 31 provinces in Afghanistan.[64]
