Afghan seems following a well thought strategy about the Pak-Afghan boarder, it seems the idea is to make it controversial by initiating number of steps and provoke Pakistan to respond these in aggressive manner which can lead the interference of the extra-regional and international players in it with multiple interest of their own

In this case the best response Pakistan could post is to react at the PLACE and TIME of its own choice with its own STRATEGY
