then the probability of selecting a and d doesnt match with the answer

it would be 33 percent

Alright going by statistics and probability there is a
1) 1/3 chance to choose 25% correct
2) 1/4 chance to choose 50% correct and
3) 1/4 chance to choose 60% correct.

Let me revise some long forgotten probability fundas .......

The answers are not mutually exclusive ....... Hmmmm this complicates the question ....... ..... seems a paradox !!!
