My good friend the negative ratings gets reversed by a simple request to the moderators provided it does nt violate any forum rules.

You may feel he is harsh to only one side but you can check with moderators there are more folks of Pakistan complaining about Joe sir than most Indians..

If you folks really believe that Joe sir was using the hammer of rating a but unjustifiably, you should point the same in GHQ. I am sure folks would talk to him and point out the issues.

Heck even I have complains against me and folks have asked me for explanation and in fact reversed few of my ratings I gave as well. It's part of the process where any unjustified rating can be reversed.

Having said that I don't disagree and I said before Joe sir would like to improve his anger management skills surely just like may be me as well..

And there in lies the dilemma of Delhi - we can't give the insurgents what they want. The very idea of India is antithetic to Hindu or Muslim or Sikh or Christian State. What holds India together

- We dont have a common language
- We dont have a common culture
- We dont have a common ancestry or race as it is called
- We dont have a common religion

What holds us together is our shared ideals - which are enshrined in our constitution. The same constitution which says Kashmir is an integral part of India. Even the constitution of J&K which derives its powers from Constitution of India ratifies this

Nobody ever asked him about his Professional qualifications or experiences

Oh come on that is not true not at all. In fact not a single thread goes where Indians don't poke their nose. BUt is it bad ? It is certainly annoying at times. But look at the upside, we get tot share our views on a broader spectrum, if it is healthy discussion. But what actually happens is insults starts hurling then mud-slinging and then final result out frustration of fellow members, a ban is imposed.

What rights do they want? They have the maximum autonomy of any Indian state. India spends maximum money per capita on Kashmiri civilian than any other state subject. They even have their own constitutions.

Thing which infringes on their rights are AFSPA and PSA which are necessary due to continuous wars by Pakistan whenever they see a space in Kashmir. We left our peaks unmanned during deathly cold and you guys occupied them - this ensured the presence of Army forever in Kashmir to guard against Pakistani incursions. 1947, 65, 99 all are good examples of why Army cant move away

What rights do BLA and TTP possess? What happened to the civilians in area which you bombed? Why did they have to be evacuated or in some cases even became collateral damage? FYI we dont kick Kashmiris out of their homes. We dont change the demographics of Kashmir - China did that in Tibet but we didn't. We dont even allow outsiders to own land.
