Milkmen across Lahore protested against the Punjab Food Authority’s (PFA) raids as milkmen took their protest from Thokar Naiz Baig to in front of Punjab Assembly. Supply of milk was also affected due to traffic blockage whereas citizens also had a hard time procuring milk supplies.

Milkmen had announced a protest a few days ago yet on not hearing from the government, milkmen decided to block Thokar Niaz Baig, a vital entry and exit point of the city.

During the course of protest, slogans were shouted against PFA. The protest had two-fold consequences as not only public’s way was blocked by the protest causing traffic blockage but also an acute shortage of milk supply for the consumers. The protestors protested for three hours at Thokar Niaz Baig after which they took their protest in front of Punjab Assembly where they shouted slogans in front of Charing Cross.

I have no political affiliation with any party in Pakistan, because horse trading and corruption has become a lucrative business. Clearly you need to read the brochure of PPIB again, because it specifically mentions the point that power projects below 50MW comes under the jurisdiction of provincial governments. Before you respond back at least read the document properly on their website. In addition the provincial government has already auctioned off some mines in KPK, however priority and reform in this sector has been dismal. Its not the responsibility of the Federal Government to educate the miners in how to correctly use explosives in not cracking the minerals when excavating. This role belongs to the provincial government and specifically the board of investment of KPK who should bring foreign experts to set the foundation of the industry. Finally just because someone criticizes PTI, does not automatically mean that they support Nawaz Sharif.

secondly Sir, PP147 lost to PTI good clearly 2.5 years of non stop anti government propaganda worked. but now what needs to be seen is what PTI does for PP147.

lastly NA144 went to azaad umeedwar won. not PTI.

so in NA144 seems like people are not happy with PML N performance and also not happy with PTI.
