Quom is doing fine. we are exercising our right to vote. In democracy there is no condition which could bound or bounds one to vote for the honest ones anywhere in the world.

In the west developed world it is self interests like Tax, ,health insurance, ,social securities etc etc on the basis of which people vote here in the third world specially Pakistan it is the same but on a small level which is mostly about food security, sewerage etc etc

To add to your point, why do you think Sharifs are here in the first place?
