No, it's specifically an anti-US decision as Turkey has opted to pay the $2.5 billion to a Russian company for the S-400 AND also signed a deal with Eurosam for the SAMP/T. Please see:

While the former is not a NATO purchase, the latter is (European). This only leaves the US out.

It's also worth mentioning that Turkey has singled out the US partly because US's harboring the Gulenists/FETO, which is an Islamist and anti-Turkish terrorist group.

Turkey's moves are hurting no NATO country other than the US.

How will the S-400 be integrated into NATO defense system, if at all? And if it was strictly done because of Gulenists, then it's a petty thing to do. If Turkey feels this strongly, it shouldn't even buy US defense equipment at all, not even the F-35.

Greece & Turkey always had a reputation for being the weakest members of NATO. Greece always had an independent streak, especially with a string of socialist governments in charge. If either or both left NATO, no one would be sad to see them go.

True, it is a decoded and old version of S-300-PMU1 which Israel practiced defeating it.
We went for PMU2 for a reason. Also Russia offered us S-400 but due to development of B-373, we refuted it.
S-400 is a great system, if NATO reaches it, even Chinese air space will lose it's safety.
But i think that this news can be good for Pakistan too, . From two perspective, first they can practice it in Turkish airspace and also the way will stay opened for Pakistan to purchase it in the future.
This is a good news at all, i hope Russia prevents NATO from reaching it's basic codes.
