90-days plan: CDA to give new look to Islamabad

Need to improve public parks and make as many as possible, increase number of playing geounds, cleanilness, better security and much more. CDA's service delivery is pathetic. Condition of streets not nice. Blue area and plaza's looking miserable shape. The building inspector must find landlords who are making millions but not even painting their plazas. No parking. Hospitals in bad state. So far local govt in islamabad failed miserably.

There must be strict control and progress of cda employees. Thousands on books but not on ground. And mostly corrupt and inefficient.
