9 Bangladeshis held in India

DHAKA, Aug 10: Nine Bangladeshi nationals were arrested in two separated places in India, the Press Trust of India (PTI) said on Saturday quoting official sources.

Among them four were arrested while they were smuggling a huge quantity of explosives to Bangladesh. The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) captured them from Shillong on Friday.

The other five were arrested from Faridabad district of Indian state of Haryana for allegedly living without any valid passport or visa, PTI said in another report on Saturday quoting police.

The arrested smugglers identified as Md Ali, Md Shamsuddin, Md Abdul Junayed and Md Abedin, from Sylhet.

According to the arrestees, they were to hand over the explosives to one Adul Khadir, a resident of Asachar village at Santiganj in Sylhet.

They were later handed over to police.


The arrestees from Faridabad are Suleman, Alam, Roni, Raju and Ripon. On a tip-off they were arrested from the slums near Agra canal on Friday, police said.

They did not have any passport or visa. A case was lodged against them, police said.

What were the BSF doing when these people entered India. BSF probably got bribed and let them through.

What were the BSF doing when these people entered India. BSF probably got bribed and let them through.

most probably Evil Yindoo Chanakyan neeti at work..we let them get in..then we got money from them by selling the explosives..now,by arresting them,we got the explosives too..brilliant... how more evil you can be than this... hell,even "Megamind" will be proud if he hatch this plan..
