8 killed in Shabqadar suicide blast

PESHAWAR: At least eight people, including two police personnel, were killed when an alleged suicide bomber blew himself up outside a district court in Shabqadar Bazaar area of Charsadda district in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Monday.

A suicide bomber was attempting to enter a district court as two security personnel intercepted him outside the court’s premises which prompted him to blew himself up, Charsadda District Police Officer Sohail Khalid told The Express Tribune.


According to initial reports, gunshots could be heard in the area following the blast.

Meanwhile, an eyewitness told The Express Tribune that the sound of the explosion was so intense that it could be heard from miles.



Security officials and rescue teams have been dispatched to the scene while a search operation is underway in the area.

Also such people will have hard time finding facilitators in Sindh and most of Punjab and will " Stick out like a sore Thumb " in those two provinces. Whereas they blend in with local Pushtoon populations in KPK and Quetta quite well.

This might be simply the effect of logistics. Since most of these people are trained and financed by India in Afghanistan, these attacks take place in our two provinces bordering Afghanistan. Also such people will have hard time finding facilitators in Sindh and most of Punjab and will " Stick our likea sore Thumb " in those two provinces. Whereas they blend in with local populations in KPK and Quetta quite well.

As sure as I am on the falsehood of the Indian support to terror activities in Pakistan, if ever there is an unearthing of Indian support to terror, I hope we publicly lynch any miscreants named.
Spreading/supporting terror is the worst crime a population of a democractic country can be accused of. Either the accusation is false or the democracy.

for some odd reason, I have a hunch that this was a lone wolf attack --- or perhaps sleeper cell ---- they got hold of the initial plan --- and bombing makings sames to be the work of amatuer or somebody with limited resources ----- lets see
