We already have the XIV Corps in place. We have shifted some troops from XV Corps who were already deployed. The additional expense is of transportation and housing and food supplies. It will not break our economy.

He is playing to the galleries. He is not the only one who has found electoral success by embracing right wing thought. USA, Brazil, Philippines are other examples.
