Since when poor foot soldiers were given drones and air cover? Heck they haven't been given the armored vehicles yet as they roam around in hostile territories in toyota tin canes.

A general goes out of his luxury farm house in Islamabad to do some grocery, he sits in bomb proof expensive vehicles and is escorted by president level security protocol.

Foot soldiers go out in remote and hostile areas of Baluchistan, Waziristan etc. knowing they could face ambush at any point, they only have a few guns and a tin cane toyota.
