No. Dialogue is absolutely NOT the solution. Do you not realise that diplomatically Pakistan is far weaker than it is militarily? All sorts of thinly veiled post-9/11 era islamophobic and anti Pakistan sentiments enter the equation if we start begging the world to "say something in our favour".
