Well first of all, I've seen Greeks called the P word and Syrian refugees

Its true I've been to Pakistan. The men there look like 15 century cavemen who think having a beard is the only requirement to attractiveness. Beards work on guys who can work them properly. A properly trimmed beard is good looking. Add to this with a defined face. Having different eye colors would help too but facial features matter also. Then there has to be a workout culture in Pakistan also for the lower classes of people. A sports culture which promotes sports to get people out of poverty in their own two feet.

These looks are attractive worldwide, meaning you can to south america or turkey or anywhere and people will find you attractive. Nobody likes cavemen in kurtas just as much as nobody likes soyboys either.

Thats exactly my point using the P word can refer to a whole range of ethnicity. Mainly people from muslim countries. You do realise?many turkish guys can also be mistaken as greek? In uk, if someone calls someone pakistani does not mean that they are from pakistan. Unless they personally know you or is checking ID.

If you are a male muslim, and fair skin you will be called pakistani in Uk. Maybe you are from india? BD? Seen dark brown guys from pakistan, and they get mistaken as indian or Bangladeshi .

So just throwing the P word is Just promoting a degratory word and not narrowing the field to a specific group of men.

Well for people to be considered Pakistani. There needs to be a large population of Pakistanis in the region and they need to be influential in society for people to notice them. This is why Syrians are called the p word because Pakistanis are influential in the region. Sometimes in a bad way too
