3 Hindus get acid burns in Karachi

KARACHI

Three Hindus were injured when unidentified miscreants hurled acid at them while they were celebrating Holi festival on Monday.
DSP Majeed Abbas said that Hindus were observing their religious festival Holi by squirting different colours at each other in Model Colony. During the festivity, unidentified miscreants spewed acid at them, burning three people.
The injured were rushed to a hospital where according to paramedics their condition was critical.
The police have registered a case against unidentified people.

KARACHI: Unknown wicked people diluted the color for celebrating the 'Holi' with an acid and fled from the venue, as a consequence 3 people were injured while celebrating the ritual here on Monday – ARY News reports.

According to details, Holi celebrations were underway near the Model Colony Sindhi Ground, yet all its charms vanished when unknown persons sprinkled acid-diluted color on the celebrating masses and vanished from there.

As a consequence, three people suffered burn injuries due to acid throwing, who were shifted to a nearby hospital. These three were identified as Gobind, Sanjay and Sameer, however none of them was seriously injured.

Police told that the incident seems to be an outcome of personal enmity and a case has been registered in the Model Colony police station.
