McDonalds hygiene is different, country to country.
I don't think it's much better than this open burger shop in South Asia.

Aur hygiene ki baat kar rahay ho tou kia aaj tak duniya main cap hi dekha hai tum ne? Proper Hygiene requires hand gloves, apron, covered oil, clean utensils and a proper kitchen.. That requires money.. Alas the money which should have been given by banks to small traders like these ones to setup their business has been taken by your beloved politicians (specially from PMLN) and then got their all loans written off..
