ندعو جهـــــارا لا اله سوى الذي صنع الوجـــــود و قدر الأقــــدارا

و رؤوسنا يا رب فوق أكفنــــــــا نرجو ثوابك مغنمــــــا و جـــــوارا


هَلْ تَعُودُ لَيْتَ شِعْرِي النغمة التي أرسلها الفضاء؟

وهل تعود النفحة الحجازية؟

ها قد أظلني الموت..وحضرتني الوفاة

فليت شعري هل حكيمٌ يخلفني؟

ثم قال وهو يجود بأنفاسه:

لستُ أخشى الموت

أنا مسلمٌ

ومن شأن المسلم أن يستقبل الموت مبتسماً.

Although it's in Arabic but it's heavenly. It's a shame we don't know him :L. There is a street in Amman named after him.

It is in Urdu actually, translated very nicely to Arabic.

Some of these poems are actually playing Hadith, and some times Ayah al Qurani directly.
