(01) In Delhi, 442 of the rioters were convicted by the courts. 49 of these were sentenced to the life imprisonment, and another three to imprisonment of more than 10 years. 6 Delhi Police officers were punished for lapses during the riots. In April 2013, the Supreme Court of India dismissed the appeal of three convicts who had challenged the High Court's decision to award them life sentence.

What the fcuk? Facts are Facts! 59 people, including 25 women and 15 children, were burnt to death inside the Sabarmati Express. The train was attacked by a mob of around 2,000 people belonging to the Muslim community. After some stone-pelting, four coaches of the train were set alight, trapping many people inside. The was the root cause for the start of the riots - If 31 of the Muslim convictions were for the Train incident in Godhra then there were as much as 184 Hindu convictions in the same riots. Yes of course all of the criminals responsible for the riots were not convicted by the court of law - the court want evidence - as simple as that - 51 Muslims were arrested for the Godhra riots but only 31 of them were convicted due to lack of evidence - same way many Hindus were arrested in connection with the riots but only 184 of them were convicted due to lack of evidence and the same goes in the Anti-Sikh riots as well - the cases are still ongoing as the cases proceed so will the convictions.

I am not deviating from the subject - I am just stating the fact that Pakistanis don't simply have the moral right to question the progress of the trail and court verdicts in Indian courts - the amount of compensation given - in connection of the religious riots in India - because in Pakistan sectarian violence knows no bound - Minorities in India are much more safe in India than the Minorities living in Pakistan - as simple as that - ask yourself has justice been delivered to the Pakistani minorities who lost their near and dear ones in the never ending sectarian violence in Pakistan? What moral right does Pakistan have to mock India in such cases when Minorities in Pakistan are themselves being battered to death everyday?

I don't need to start a new thread concerning the same for I have no interest in the sufferings of Pakistani minorities - It's Pakistan's internal matter - it has to deal with it - India has nothing to do with - we are not the "thekedars" of a particular religion! People have chosen their destiny now they have lo live with it! as simple as that - But then the fact is you don't have to "show" anyone anything - all are well acquainted of the truth out of the land of pure - Damn YOU know it! I know it! The WORLD knows it! Again what moral right do you have to question about our efforts in delivering justice to our minorities when you yourself couldn't in the past 67 years?
