It matters nothing. US embargo only enforces on itself and any country/company that does business with US. It is entirely within US jurisdiction. Those 184 countries can easily avoid this embargo by refusing to do business with US. There is no need for such a vote. Apparently they still want to do business with US and only pay lip service to support Cuba.

It's been 60 years,the Cold War is over,Castro is dead. They have to finally stop acting as if Cuba is the boogeyman or the kid in punishment and restore full relations again. They're not even a threat to the U.S.!
