ummmm No. Land held is Indian - the current owners are just custodians.

All land which was to be divided was partitioned in 1947 thereafter no one can modify the territorial integrity of India.

Pakistan was built on the premise of an oasis for Muslims of erstwhile British India - if any existing Muslims still feel the urge to emigrate they can provided Pakistan accepts them just Like India accepted large numbers of Hindus from Pakistan who came to India leaving all their immovable assets to Pakistan.

Just think about it when Pakistanis emigrate to Canada, UK or Norway then they dont take their land along with them do they? There aren't little parcels of UK or Canada in Pakistan are they?
