In India, if you enter any property during ungodly hours, then the owners have least liability. Our Alsatians almost killed a man for entering our premises at night, with mask on during Covid times, and legal system couldn't put a dent on us.

There is a nexus of this mafia to illegally grab govt forest, railway , zamindari abolition , local bodies land , mostly illegal muslim immigrants and their local brothers , they settle them making illegal slums on govt lands.
