I have been on this forum for the best part of 14-15 years now.
I had been vehemently suppoting Pakistan Cricket team in all matches apart from when against India. Which I think I had been foolish notion and perhaps I should stop now.
I am 50 years old, have seen a lot of mud slinging in this as...
C'mon.. The poor guy has a more than decent record in ODIs. That he hasn't clicked in this tournament shouldn't take away the fact that he is better ODI player than many.
I guess these Pakistani legends knows a thing or two about cricket rather than any PDF members, elite or otherwise.

Ye sala Mitchell out kyun nehi hota hain.
Sale ko jab se cramp aaya, tabhi se ghabra raha hoo main.
Maxi ka cramping and Rizwan ka 'kabi cramp, kabhi acting', bhoola nehi hoo main.
Perhaps they wanted a slowish wkt so that it remains same throughout both the innings, in case they loose the toss and have to bat second. A fresh wankhade wkt would have definitely seamed more under the lights.
Bhailog, ye kya ho reya hain. Middle overs pe no wkt by spinners? Dil ghabra ghabra ho reya hain. Upar se Shami ne Williamson ka catch bhi drop kar diya.
Apna semifinals ka history with NZ is not very good. Mera toh dhadkanei tez ho riya hain.
When I said agreement, I meant like a signed contract. This is, like I said, a pitch rotation plan initially agreed.
However, there have been many instances in the past where such agreed pitch rotation plans have been altered at a later stage in various tournaments.
There is no agreement per se, just a pitch rotation plan, which can be, and has been changed before also. Many a times in many a tournament.
The most obvious reason for the change that comes to my mind is that India was wary of NZ seamers on a seam friendly wicket and also from the history of...
Naya ya Puarana, "Being inside all ICC stipulations" is the key here.
Purana pitch choose kiya hain obviously to have more help for Indian spinners.
Anyway, I'll leave it at this for now & leave the matter for the concerned officials from ICC as well as NZ & BCCI to scrutinize the matter and...
Bhaijan, taking full home advantage, while staying inside all ICC stipulations, should be an understandable stand, even for a Pakistani.
However, I do not believe the official reason given by Mumbai Cricket Association that Pitch number 7 had an unspecified issue for which the pitch was...
Why TF is it even a matter of discussion. Whatever is the pitch, its the same for both teams. Dono ko alag alag pitch to nehi diya hain na, like Hassan Raja has been postulating.
They will probably be out even if they win.. They too have a horrible NRR.
Edit: No, they have one more match to be played. So they might still qualify.
Either NZ or Pakistan based on the rest of their match results..
Even Afghanistan still has a mathematical chance.. But highly unlikely for their last match against SA & their horrible NRR.
