A project only starts when it is approved by the competent authority for construction...i.e. make funding available according to approved PC-1...This is a step by step process...You seem to have no knowledge regarding these. Let me explain how a Hydropower project is started in Pakistan 1...

You are not reading my post right...the feasibility started in 2008, was completed in 2011, ECNEC approved Koto HPP for construction in 2012, consultants hired in 2013, the review feasibility done in Dec 2013, tender documents made in start of 2014,bidding process done twice, where does credit...

The issue is with cone...not the radar... The cone reduces the range of radar not increases it...and there is no EL/M-2032 radar ''integrated'' on Tejas yet...its running aroung with a local one...Please look for good indian articles regarding tejas....Don't tell us what will tejas get in...
