Rafale in a one on one comparison may be better, but you hardly ever have one on one scenarios. There would be tactics combos that would make the overall engagement possibly favorable for Pak Air Force. The difference even in one on one comparison isn't that decisive either.
My point is that, I would be surprised anyone will get this as these outage windows will be classified on both sides. Who wants to show their windows to the adversaries...
