India fixes health goals for next 15 years

Hahaha. So you also keep PDF friends on Whatsapp who can tell Karzai by his face. :) If you remember, there was a time when you rattled many members here often and almost got banned by mods who couldn't take it. Those were the days. :agree: Nowadays there is not much discussion here like...

India fixes health goals for next 15 years

Naa. It is sheer negligence and unprofessionalism. They mentioned per 100,000 births in the article once. All other places it listed stats as per 1000 births. Deliberate attempts need a certain degree of sophistication.

India fixes health goals for next 15 years

The targets are very modest. 70 per 1000 births means one out of every 15 mothers is dying!! That is horrible. Edit: Stupid newspaper!! The benchmark for maternal mortality rate is per 100000 births, not 1000 live births. Idiots writing news these days!!

Three Indian Firms Among World's Most Innovative Companies

TCS has not innovated anything, Period. They write software and maintain systems for their clients. Zero innovation except probably in delivery management, which is a science practised by Mumbai's dabbawalas. So yes, @jamahir is right.

Sushma Swaraj puts Pakistan on the spot

Easily the best stance India has ever taken on Pakistan in the entire history. Sushma is 100% right. The Pakistanis seem illiterates preparing to rake up Kashmir in NSA talks, when Ufa statement clearly says NSA talks are about terrorism. Kashmir was not to be discussed in the NSA talks at all...

    Indian tweeps question Modi’s qualification

If you are trying to mock Indians, this won't work. Indians are actually proud that a tea-seller can rise up to become a PM. There is no legal requirement for Indian PM to hold any degree.

    Indian tweeps question Modi’s qualification

There is no educational qualification required in India to become an MP, PM or President. Indira Gandhi AFAIK did not have any recognized degree(She went to Shantiniketan). She knew more politics than any pundit; that is a different story. Laloo Yadav and Rabri Devi became Chief Ministers. Only...

    ‘Celebrate Hyderabad Liberation Day’

He was the heir to Nizam. I know that much. Yeah, I also heard about the Turkish apartment, but forgot who it was about. May be it was the Nizam's son. The Nizam's had close relations with the Caliphate. Nizam's queen was Kaliph's daughter Niloufar. There is a hospital in Hyderabad named after her.

5 reasons why Afghanistan blames Pakistan.

A sensible country would have pushed the immigrants back to their homes, after a political settlement. Taking refugees over a period of decades is stupidity and keeping them at a lawless border is heights of it. Nobody said India has no-problems.

    ‘Celebrate Hyderabad Liberation Day’

The man was interviewed sometime ago when he was in Australia. At that time he owned a piece of land there and he was being some sort of cowboy, I guess owning a ranch, agriculture and animal husbandry kind of stuff(at least that is what the interview made us believe). How he reached there I...

    ‘Celebrate Hyderabad Liberation Day’

The Nizam's heir settled in Australia and lived his life as a simpler man. The Nizam himself lived all his life in Hyderabad and was buried there. Please don't remember anything.

5 reasons why Afghanistan blames Pakistan.

What did I ask and what did you answer? Pakistan was showering praises of Ghani until now because he was trying to work with Pakistan. Now you are saying he is being forced to blame Pakistan. So he is a poor nice Afghan who means well towards Pakistan but is forced by circumstances to take the...

Why we must bid goodbye to the idea of India

Anywhere in a case like that, it is only individuals pursuing case in courts. Nowhere does a suo moto case gets registered in cases like this. Beef is an example of the beef. I did not stop at beef. I very much want a uniform civil code which the current government leaders championed all their...
