    Why their commitment not worth? cost could have been negotiated. If they were not ready for build in India, we should have moved on with others who would do that.     Modi may not use the corruption directly but he may use it indirectly. I can not digest the idea that he is not corrupt, Amount of money used in election itself is the proof that money had definitely come from wrong ways.
