    He has a responsibility to make policies that impact export growth, how is he responsible for an increase in imports? both are totally independent of each other.

    About what clockless processors? OT: The article describes a novel method to fabricate chips? Obtaining results in the lab are one thing but employing it practically for large-scale manufacturing is a different ball game. Not every invention achieves that milestone.
