    The image you are using is actually for illustrating the difference between the F-16 and the Mitsubishi F-2, and has been available for number of years, at many defence forums and publications. Not to mention very inaccurate as it doesn't reflect the physical difference between the two version...

    Also the contributing fact was that most of these pilot were appointed, sons/relatives of ruling party, on duty high officials. They were never going to succeed as they didn't go through a rigorous selection process, as most of the air forces do.
