Not sure about BARS but RBE-2AA has a range of 140km against fighter sized targets per open source info, which again may be wrong. Of course it may be able to detect a Boeing 747 at 190 km if that's what they are aiming for.
Pakistan should stay clear of any military equipment deals with Afghanistan (donations/exchange or otherwise). Let them sort their country out ; governments all over are ready to pounce and continue their blame game on Pakistan. Stay clear other than trade and ensuring no spoilers of peace...

It's not impossible to conquer. It has been conquered (depends on definition) multiple times. THE problem is no outsider has ever held on to that conquest and has always been kicked out.

If they want to trigger CAATSA, the will do so especially if Pakistan is involved, or they will find another reason. Not entirely the same bit similar situation with ATAK engines.
