PAC did bought tooling from Belgium in the 1990s for Mirage Rebuilt Factory that used in the ROSE upgrade to repair airframe. If they want they have all the details to make new wings out better materials that are being used to make JF-17s.
Mirage is a good platform for strike purposes and they can serve for some more years. PAF should have given it a canard upgrade to improve handling and takoff capability and replaced the ATAR9C with a better engine either ATAR9K50 or RD-93 types in the mid 2000s.
I totally diagree with the last part of heavy armor Panzars like tiger and panther were out matched by weaker shermans and T-34s in WWII although they much more superior than their opponents in firepower and armor especially the tigers with massive armored and having the deadly 88s.
Indians won't admit it that they failed in in their primary and secondary objectives. Although Pakistan failed in its primary objective but achieved secondary objective to defend itself.
European ones will be a good option as Dutch ones will be available as they have placed some of them in storage due to end of cold war and will be upgraded to EMLU standards
