Well, that's all that matters, case closed!
Will the F-16 fleet be relegated to 2nd line duty? If not, you are implying it is not as good as a 30yo 4th gen jet.
I live in Carson City, and prostitution is not legal here, or in Reno.
The state law is specifically that the legality of prostitution is decided locally, county by county. Each county decides for themselves to legalize or not. There is an exception for large population counties, but it...
Generally, I agree. But, you still have issues with long-term safety - the reactor itself will be "controlled", but there is still enough residual heat generation that you will have to continue providing some cooling water - both to the reactor and to various cooling ponds where "spent" fuel is...
Well, the running cost is a bit higher, but you can get skid-mounted gas turbine-generator sets shipped in and setup in a couple weeks. Thermal efficiency will be half of a combined-cycle plant. Given the recent drop in fuel prices, it might be attractive to Pakistan to get the additional...
Small correction - 100nm would be around 170km. The goal is to reduce cost of putting a munition on target. Adding wings to the bomb pushes the cost back up. Knowing the US military, they will do that.
Oh, and the round would not be doing Mach 6 after 100 miles - it would be coasting in by...
Wikipedia has actual production numbers, but they are 6-8 years out of date. Those numbers have Pakistan at 47 watts/person average consumption (not demand, demand is virtually impossible to measure). India is about double that - basically the same without the 50% downtime (assuming the...
You had a strategic interesting in bringing down the World Trade Center? A strategic interest in bombing the London subway? The Spanish rail system? Killing the staff of Charlie Hebdo? Kidnapping Nigerian girls, executing journalists, etc, etc, etc??
US actions in Pakistan have been...
The problem with the idea is that the number one problem in the Muslim world is Muslims killing other Muslims over tribal and religious differences. You had fewer problems when it was just the British and French running your countries - maybe you should go back to that instead.
NATO...
Maybe the problem is that the government controls the industry. In the US, if this happened, everyone would be mad at the oil companies (there are many), and after the government to investigate and sue for restraint of trade or the like. Seems to keep them in check better.
Well, if your talking about power generation, most gas turbines should be able to run on a wide variety of fuels, including ethanol. You buy what gets you the best thermal energy/cost unit.
But, I don't know what Pakistan's mix of power production is - if it's all coal, then cheap liquid/gas...

Yeah, with distributed computing, its a bit pointless to cram so many processor in one case. Very few tasks are helped this way. Just farm it out to a cloud. Way, way cheaper.
Its like going to the moon, useful for bragging purposes, but not practical.
Because, they almost certainly were planning on returning at some point. If you can get away with it, why stop? So, you have to make sure they aren't getting away with it.
