Ok, tell me one thing, Are you doing the same with KPK? Is Punjab just sharing the burden and not getting any benefits of its resources giving to Sindh? Is Baluchistan not getting any royalty against its resources giving to other provinces? Why Kashmir is getting only burden and nothing else?

The investment is required in other sectors which help people of Kashmir, which could reduce unemployment ratio in Kashmir. If the burden is equally shared; what is the advantage to Kashmiris for giving their resources and also for how many years it would be like this?
