Yes, logically I agree with you, but think practically.... We cannot deny our past, unfortunately, the Mosque was there before India adopted the 'secular' identity....and after adopting a 'secular' and 'democratic' way of ruling ourselves, we cannot use unconstitutional force to settle disputes...

Now that is a problem in 'Secular' India.... I personally wouldn't mind if the Ram temple is not rebuilt as long as the Mosque is also not rebuilt.....the land should be declared disputed and no further construction should be allowed there.....
