There is a wide range of choices.They can replace the M113 with FNSS Kaplan or Tulpar and the BTR's with ARMA,PARS,Nurol EJDER.... But when it comes to protection,no armor can withstand a successful hit from modern ATGM's,IED etc.

TAI also produces AW139 fuselages and there was also the utility helicopter tender which the AW-149(also similar) lost.And i read a article abaut a review with the AgustaWestland representative of Turkey who said that they look in to this project(i will try to find the article).But as you said...

Thank you for the information,its nice to see the that this project is indeed not a copy.But if you look at the two designs you can see what i am talking abaut(hence why i called it T139).I understand the important thing is that it is indigenous but personally i wanted to see a different more...

If the final design is this,then this project is just like T129.We pick A139 as a fuselage,then Aselsan and others do the rest.I name this project T139.

That definetly is no "Özgün" design,they took the design of A139 and modified it a(very) little bit... A139

I agree with you that there are better designs who deserve 1st place but personally i value these competitions because fair or not,it gives a chance for people to put their talents to the work and present them.I hope that this year there will a good jury who can provide a fair competition.

I agree with you completely,but i was just talking abaut the BTR part not criticizing TSK.But to point out another fact,altough we lost a lot of men in those BTRs,if it weren't for them we would've lost far more.Best regards...
