I realised why there is so much recoil.This guy isn't leaning forward and is firing in the chicken wing stance.Which makes it harder for the body to absorb the recoil,and sways the gun a lot.If you look at the picture you will see that the guy in the video is doing 5 and 1 wrong. Not as extreme...

This news was new,it aired between 8:00-8:30 this morning and i guessed the accuracy because it swayed a lot. I found the video,i guess i exaggerate when i said falling down,but if you look at 4:39-4:42 carefully,you'll see that he loses his balance.

I just watched news about MPT-76 on A haber.It had too much recoil,was't very accurate neither.I can say that the guy almost fell down while trying to handle the recoil.

Considering we have more SF personnel than most of those countries,i think even this is enough.But for example a OpsCore helmet wouldn't hurt :) (I know they have some) BTW i found these photos,they may be OKK operatives but they wear blue berets,they may be commandos but they use M4...
