Guys i think this guy is SAT because his equipment is standard for VBSS teams(because of BDU,gloves,vest,PASGT helmet) But if anyone knows he isn't please let me know. Sorry for low resolution.

Yes it is.It has a 16 cell ballistic missile tube(VLS).Am i missing something?

Yes FNSS used the GPV COLONEL design GPV COLONEL FNSS PARS But FNSS can change the design a lot.For example the FNSS AV-8 is a PARS designed for Malaysia's needs.
