    In my days back to 2000 it was 310 taka annually. 200 taka hostel rent 60 taka student union fee 50 taka for library card. Plus admission fee, plus professional exams fees. Total expenditure around 12000 Takas. Besides we got annual stipend around 1200 taka.

    Agreed. According to Geneva declaration, doctors have rights to choose patients. But the same Geneva declaration obliged you to not bias patients on the religious, political or social identity. So, things work quite oppositely.

    In a govt institution there are so many steps to reach a conclusion that simply you can or can't do something on your personal or someone's choice. Offcourse, I am not indicating on this particular incident. Finally, doctors are human being too and parts of the society. Peace.
