Actually, I am not well versed with the proposal, except knowing that it will put ICC control in the hands of BCCI, ECB, ACB. But, knowing BCCI, I am sure any country that oppose BCCI proposal will suffer or BCCI will make sure they suffer.

Unlike in India, I guess in Pakistan and Bangladesh armies are bigger than life characters. And this may have led to these 'military' enterprise in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

If Pak sides with India. probably IPL will see Pak players.

I think India, Aus, England, NZ, and Bangladesh are on the same side. Probably West Indies would also support, that leaves SA and Pak. Now India is wooing Pak. So it will interesting to see how things would turnup

I think India would play Pak on neutral venue only if Pakistan supports India's proposal at ICC.
