    Yes and the S400 is a fairly similar system to the SM-3 Which which the US is deploying in Europe is it not? Both are effective agianst medium range ballistic missles.

    Wile the video could be real I don't see a low flying jet in the video and the people and weapons fire can be easily staged. If the jet was low flying and close to shore where is it in the video? The Phantom is not a small aircraft and would be easy to spot at 2.5km

    doesn't make sense that it was the weapon used since it only has an effective range of 2.5 km. The jet was much further off shore then that.
