Oh yeah, they most likely won't agree but they have to listen to all the arguments that the defense can produce.

I think he is referring regarding submission of defense on the allegation. Of course, they are not going to accept everything at face value and perjury will be a new case.

The deals rumors have been going on even before this case was started, some of the rumors back then were that Imran Khan decision to back down from his stance of lockdown to accept the case as a petitioner was also a deal.
