Sir, this is the modified version of peace after the advent of nuclear weapons. It could be classified as a cold war. A-bomb can`t be used on these pretexts unless they seriously pose a threat to sovereignty as in Cold Start Doctrine.
I wonder about the targets for all these weapons. Nuclear is still visible from the impact, chemical too would show some signs of reaction but the biological and radiological are silent weapons; how was the entire simulation?
Sir, not pooling personnel could minimize the damage of IEDs and suicide attacks. But the intel basically are the eyes and ears. The more awake they are, the more are the chances of neutralizing threats.
If the personnel of various LEA report to various commands, it also means they don`t stick to one plan and there is no sync in comms which could also result in fratricide.
This suicide attack on a truck is similar to the one that happened back in August, near Miranshah. They are going for overkill.
I think the LEAs needs to scatter its personnel instead of pooling them in a single vehicle. That way, such attacks would result in less damage.
I have two questions:
1. Did we have reports of the Indian designs and mobilization towards East Pakistan?
2. Was it the failure of intelligence or counter strategy apart from the constraints of geography, numbers and supply lines?
