The defense method for China, within 400 sea miles near China coast is DF missiles vs Enemy Navy and DF missiles vs military bases & ports in Japan, so i don't know how the foreign thinking PLA DF missiles but China really built many DF-15/16/21/26 missiles for that ... inside 200 sea miles near...
