    Hi Bro, My choosing of name Laozi has same reason as yours. He is a great philosopher and he knows and understand what we all are seeking and searching.

    btw there is a lot of similarity between him and Kabir.
    You can live a happy and peaceful life by following their simple teachings even if you do not read heavy religious philosophical stuff.

    many years i read and learn western philosophy from Thales to modern western philosophers . i was unaware of eastern philosophy until i don't know abut a great man osho . i read his books and play hours of hours his lectures . lao's philosophy is part of my daily life since many months now . letter i learn abut lord buddha and Confucius and indian philosophy .

    It is better to follow eastern philosophy since it doesn't put restrictions on following what you want to follow. The purpose of acquiring Knowledge is to raise you spiritually and every ancient eastern sect never condemns others or refrain you from learning from others.
    Though nowadays you can find Gurus who are better businessmen than teachers.
