I want to know if a soldier is matric passed how can he become a officer

You'd have to have intermediate done during service then appear for ISSB. Army gives you good relaxation with age and extra marks too i think. You are also more familiar with the system and your officers might vouch for you.

Ah soldier to officer , my father's older transitioned in the 60's but back then the struggle was real. Barrack lights turned off, he would go and sit under street lights to study. Now there are refined processes where a Co sends soldiers to military schools for fsc and issb training

You can always study asa private candidate while service. But then ine even dont need to do this Army has an inbuilt program for soldiers through which they can 'upgrade' their education. In short, you study as you would do as student but of course you have to do your job too. You can then appear in the exam as a regular candidate. The only difference is that all this done through the Army. Though preference or relaxation is offered. Bottom line, you can improve your education while being in the army and then apply for ISSB provided you are still within the age limit - which is more in case you are applying as a soldier.

sir you
