With companies charging large amounts and putting caps on Data usage , it has become impossible for broke's like me to enjoy Games , Movies , Songs .
But in a poor country like ours , how many can afford Games ?
Due to taxes a PS vita game sells twice as much as its selling in US .
Should Government in such conditions regulate Gaming ? or Should we poor be allowed to download these games which will mean either increasing cap or completely removing it ?
