Question regarding insoluble sulfur

Does anyone here know how one would redesign a chemical reactor manufacturing insoluble sulfur, so that the sulfur stays in liquid form instead of solidifying at the bottom of the reactor?

Is it merely temperature? At a certain temperature the sulphur remains liquid. What about pressure?

Anyone? C'mon guys... someone's gotta know...
