No, it reminds me of USA and Iraqi WMD.

These series of attacks have been planned and coordinated by people who are really good at spreading terror. they must have local support structure to execute these plans. We must find this support structure, dismantle it and go all the way to the source. This won't happen in a day but i will be very surprised if the country's intelligence apparatus isn't working their a** off to get to the bottom of these rings. Trouble is, a lot of people still harbour soft corner for these terrorist.

None of these attackers are Indian Hindus banyas, but locals. So how is RAW managing to recruit them? These attacks lead to more questions then answers.
